• Once your order has been submitted and payment has been successfully completed, the payment amount will be charged immediately to your selected payment method (including pre-order items). Orders with unsuccessful payments will not reserve inventory and will not be processed for shipment.
• Our website supports browsing in multiple currencies. Prices displayed in currencies other than HKD are converted using manually set exchange rates based on the previous quarter's average exchange rates. The current exchange rates are listed below and are reviewed and updated quarterly.

Pricing & Promotions
• Product prices are based on the prices displayed on our website. The prices shown on the website represent the current valid selling prices.
• Orders that have already been paid for will not be affected by subsequent price changes. We do not offer price adjustments or refunds for differences between previous and current prices.
• The terms and conditions for promotional codes and discount campaigns are subject to the specific details of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes are generally valid for one-time use only, cannot be combined with other offers, and must be applied at checkout. Promotional discounts cannot be added or applied retroactively after an order has been completed.
