Pre-Order Terms
• Pre-order items are not guaranteed to be shipped on the official release date. Once the items arrive at our warehouse, we will prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that the actual shipping date may be later than the release date due to factors such as supplier dispatch and transportation.
• When you purchase pre-order items together with in-stock items, the items will generally be shipped separately based on their actual availability. If you would prefer to have your order shipped together once the pre-order items arrive, please contact us in advance.
• Orders containing pre-order items may be cancelled up to 7 days before the official release date. Once the order enters the 7-day period before the release date, it can no longer be cancelled.
